Written Hazard Plan

Hi...I am trying to get licensed in IL and am not sure how to compose a "written hazard protection plan" I have looked online but there are NO examples. Hello,
I'm not in your State, but here, my licensing inspector just wanted me to write down exactly what I planned on doing, in case of each emergency, making sure to use the "key words" that are listed as requirement. Then she made a few suggestions and called it good.
