So I've been working all weekend on my outdoor area. With the help of a dad/son landscaping crew we added 2 flower beds, a raised veggie garden bed and leveled out a huge slope off our concrete porch. I really think in a few weeks when I start adding some flowers and plant the veggies it's going to start to look great. And once the grass all comes in we'll be in business.
Now my next step is to find a replacement climbing toy for 3-5 year olds and ditch the plastic one I have now. A few of my kids seem a bit tall for it and only 2 fit on the top at a time so they are either fighting over who can be up there or trying to cram the whole crew up there and folks get pushed or stepped on in the process.
