What Should I Do?

My DD right now has a 101.5 temp. Called Dr. and said if there are no other symptoms to just wait till monday to take her in. (no symptoms so far just fever) In the mean time give her Tylenol. This past week her 3 cousins which she had contact to had strep and the virus all in a week (yeah, i know!). So if this is strep come monday and either she gets it or we all get it, do i close, let parents know if they want to send their kids in.
I only watch 3 kids, (5, 9 and 15 months old). So they are pretty young.

My son had a fever with no other symptoms recently - I think it was viral and it was gone the next day and nothing ever came of it. That was several weeks ago.

I'd wait 24 hours and see if the fever gets worse. Over 103* then yeah, I'd think about going to the Dr.
