What do you do about an employer's family member who sends you a private message and it becomes inappropriate? I've blocked this person on FB but I don't want it to get back to the employer

While one, I may print/screenshot it as proof.

But I would feel that you are in for a more uncomfortable situation and possibly more inappropriate messages/ comments if you do not do something to end it completely by telling the employer. Depending on the whole story, you may need to find a new job, so be prepared.
