ITA with BlackCat. KidKare isn't free, but it's well worth it!

I keep track of income, expenses, mileage, attendance, meals served, extra hours spent, etc. (You can do depreciation and other things too, but my hubby tracks that separately.) And since Tom Copeland helped design it, at the end of the year it gives you all the reports you need for taxes.
