My son is 14 months old, and I would like to get him out of his drop-side crib ASAP...I have a toddler bed but I don't want to switch him too early...I was thinking 17-18 months, is that a good age?

I have a DCG 19mts that has been in a toddler bed for a month now. I woule think it would depend on each child. I would start nap time first and see how this goes. -
we're in the process of getting the room "toddler bed safe" as in..if he gets up at night there is nothing that can kill him...since he shares a room with an 8 year old
