I highly doubt it, I think mom was just being childish that day :P

Goodness gracious, I don't even know what to say to this review. It has been 9 years since we have spoken to each other. Considering, that we all had a great time for the three years that your child was here, I feel that any concerns that were had at the time would have been brought up then, and not 9 years later. It seems to me, that some of the things mentioned here, are normal things that happen in in childhood. If there is something more specific that you would like to talk about, it is best to p.m. so we can work this out.
I had a longer, more personal response, but decided to go with something short and sweet. I did end up blocking the mom after so she wouldn't argue on the comments.

Oh I almost did :P I was going to copy/paste it and put the link to it on my website. I decided against it, though I kind of wish I had done it ::

I told one of our current parents about it and she got on right away and wrote us an amazing review (plus got me a $20 starbucks gift card, which is awesome)

Oh goodness I am so sorry this happened to you

Whenever I read a bad review I always see what the business owner has to say and if they make logical sense then I never ever believe the bad reviewer. I think backing up your claim that they gave a good review 9 years ago...and just the fact they waited 9 yrs to give this review, speaks volumes about what kind of people they are.

My guess is the kid has anxiety issues and they are looking outside of themselves for someone to blame.
