    Outside Toys Cleaning

I don't know why in all my years it never occured to me that if we are cleaning toys daily (in my state of Wa we sanitize toys daily) we should sanitize the outside toys.
    Esp. with Covid.

What are you doing with outside toys?

I keep a garden sprayer with bleach water (made daily) and spray it down in the mornings before opening during my playground safety checkoff.

I always turn the sprinkler on the playground for a while before we go out to clear venomous snakes, anyway, so it works well.

      Eeek, snakes.

Is the bleach effective being in the sun? Or do you keep it shaded?

It is the same 1/10 concentration I use for the diaper changing table. My playground is fully shaded/wooded.

I use 50/50 strength clorox cleanup every few months to keep green mildew at bay due to our high humidity from several streams and a river on the property.
