How Did You Open Your Own Center? GA

I don't mean at home daycare either. I can't find a lot of videos or blogs about people who opened their own small daycare business. This is something I want to do in a few years. I'd like to open a daycare of my own and run it. Any blogs or youtubers who have their own center based daycare?

What did you fo to open it in Georgia? How's it going? The good and bad?
