    Backyard Drainage Disaster

Hi, I was hoping you guys may know of some grant money that could help me with my flooded backyard. I’m afraid I’m not going to pass an inspection if the inspector comes after a heavy rainfall. Currently, we are getting all of the areas storm water flowing into our backyard. The city says they won’t do anything bc our house was built prior to the Storm water code enforcement that would help this matter.
Last year, we attempted to fix ourselves but I believe the problem is worse than before.
Getting a drain put in is very expensive and not guaranteed to work.
I have not been able to play with the kids outside bc of this.
