Might anyone have a VA home loan? If you do who is your mortgagor? We are looking to refinance with a VA loan but all the lending institutions we've contacted so far that online says they offer VA loans say do not when I speak with them. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack!

We have never had any trouble getting one. Current one we got through Churchill Mortgage,but has been sold a few times and we are with PennyMac. Our prior house was through HSBC. Before that it was just arranged through our realtor's finance guy. We have never refinanced though, so maybe that would make a difference.Comment

We have Wells Fargo as our mortgagor, but we went through a broker last time we needed a mortgage. It's been quite a few years though.Comment
