What to Use to Stabilize Play Furniture

I have a very strong and rough 3.5 yo boy who does not know his strength. Parents and I talk about it all the time. When he leans against daycare furniture (ie refrigerator, hutch, stove, bench etc) that are not against the wall, they move. First time experiencing this. Wondering what to use to stabilize play furniture without damaging or putting marks on hardware floor. Suggestions?

I say teach him to stop moving it.You could move those kind of furniture against a wall.I had to do that, maybe reconfigure the layout.I could have heavy table ,train table and two bookcases( low and heavy) jutting into room. You could try an area rug if moving them is not possible. The weekend is a good time to rearrange things always exciting to come back to a new space for the children.
