Welcome Sign for Front Yard

Happy New Year Everyone!
My cute front yard welcome sign needs to be replaced and I am having a hard time finding one online like it. My sign had a silly (but cute) creature face that had a wide grin with 'welcome' beneath it on a metal rod. Our daycare children loved it! Not looking for a traditional welcome sign but something kooky and fun. Any suggestions of where I should look?

What about creating something on Vistaprint or somewhere else.

Try looking around locally, there may be a artist that would do it cheap! My old centers sign was created by a local artist who did it really cheap (under $30)
