Late Fees

I haven't had this situation come up, but I'm wondering what you would do.

My late payment fees are $10 a day including weekends. Payment must be made by closing, or the late fee will be applied.

So, if payment still isn't made Saturday, at what time would you tack on the 2nd late fee? When you would regularly close? Or would you wait until Sunday morning to add on the second fee?

This is how I would charge:

- no payment by closing on Friday: $10
- no payment by Saturday 12am: $10
- no payment by Sunday 12am: $10
- no payment Monday morning at drop off: $10

..... and i would not provided services until all.payments and kate fees are paid in full!
