Nervous About Not Putting Job on Resume

So I left out a bad job on my resume. I recently had an interview and did not mention it at all. I only mentioned my nanny job and volunteer experience at a center. I quit my last job after a month because it was a bad center and I didn't put it on my resume. The lady at the job I interviewed at asked if I had a background check. I told her yes she asked if it was for my nanny job and without thinking I said yes (even though it was for my previous daycare job that didn't last). I don't know what the background check reveals. Can anyone tell me what it has on there? Will it show my last job? Does it show the date I got screened ?

It shows the date it was run and the expiration date. You should be fine. They expire anywhere from 1 to 5 years depending on the state. Having a new one only means it won't expire for a while and the center does not have to worry about running one, themselves.
