I am a little confused. You said it’s a 1 to 4 ratio with you and assistant, right? One got picked up. So you had 7 kids with 2 adults. It sounds like it was chaotic, but with 7 kids, why couldn’t your assistant watch them while they were all waiting for you to help the one with his shoe?

It was four all together if you include the child who lost the shoe..
And For the poster who asked about the event happening on a Sat / Sunday they don’t like to pay overtime. (Sorry for the confusion)


It’s crazy. Idk anymore. Friday made me feel like maybe I’m not cut out for this anymore and I’ve been doing this for years!
