Anyone Here Work at the JCC?

I know a lady who works at the JCC and she put in a good word for me. Tomorrow I meet with the director for an interview. I have about three years of childcare experience (mostly volunteer) and I left out the first daycare I worked at because it was trash. My only concern is that I haven't taken all my tests to be completely certified as an assistant teacher.I have a few more to take and I will take them all on the 12th of this month.

I'm nervous because today, I had an interview at another daycare and the lady said no because I didn't have all my hours completed (I have 47/45 hours, I just haven't taken the test yet. I don't know what she was talking about tbh.

Do you think I'll get the job tomorrow?

I live in FL and you don't even have to be certified to work in a center. You do have to be enrolled or enroll within a year or so, so idk.
