Where Do You Get Staff From?

Hi Everyone,
My assistant has come down with severe back pains so I am thinking of hiring a part-time or substitute assistant until we figure out her ability to continue working. I am in New York City and plan to post on craigslist. Where do you get daycare staff from to hire?

Temp agencies are great.

Registering with the unemployment office works, too.

You are more likely to get people who actually want to work and are grateful for the opportunity.
