How Long to Keep Paperwork?
07-19-2019, 09:00 AM
So former dcfs, some from as far back as 12-15 yrs. ago, can I finally throw away all that paperwork? How long do we need to keep our menus, tax papers, attendance records?
Thanks!

My state seems to say 2 years for most everything. I keep 5, just in case.

If you can, scan them on to a USB drive. Make two copies and shred the hard copies afterwards.
