Lots of things do cause I'm a sissy.

    1) when they hug and kiss you (out of the ordinary)

    2) when they say they love you

    3) when they prefer to stay here than go home

    4) when they call you mommy (I know it's bad, but it makes you feel good because they are so comfy and feel so close to you that they mix you up with mom)

I have a four year old boy that comes to my daycare that calls me aunty all the time. Lots of time just out the blue he will say, "I love you aunty." Last week we were having quiet time sitting in the two recliners side by side and he placed his little hand on my arm and smiled at me. It really made me feel good inside to know how much I mean to my daycare children.

I have a dcg, and hubby had to watch her for an hour when I had to go to swim class with my son.

I walk in the door and say "so how was she?"

He responds ......"she was good, but she makes the most f*in hilarious face when she is doing something wrong!"

I wish I could post the picture of this, but I cannot. If anyone would like to see it, pm me and I'll send my website link, the pic is on there.

I have one of her busted for feeding the dogs crayons. And she gives you the funniest smile ever! It's incredibly hard to not laugh, because she looks so shocked when you say no or anything, and then she sort of shakes her head and puts this smile on her face.

                    Hugs

Bright sunny smiles when they get here

Tears when they have to leave (to a degree...some days I just want to see the back of them, !)

                    Hugs

The sound of focused, productive play that doesn't actively involve me--why does this warm my heart? Because it means that things are flowing well and that I'm accomplishing what I set out to accomplish
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!

When my fussy pants 5mo dcb gives me the cutest smile in the world!! I love it!

When I catch my 2 yos playing nicely with each other. When they hug each other or my girl tells dcb "*** you so smart."

When my dcb 2 yo hugs me.

Mostly my fav is when the kids are having fun!
I am a new provider and still getting toys and learning fun activities so when the kids have fun I feel like I am doing my job right!
