How do you add a thumbs up thumbs down to post.....on the left under username.

do you mean if you're replying to a post? on the bottom of the reply box it says "post icons" and you can choose the thumbs up or down there ... is that what you mean?

Rating Threads

There is also a rating section that is a dropdown called "Rate Thread" on the right upper side or the thread. It rates from 1 to 5 stars and shows the stars next to the Title in the summary post area.
