    Past Due Letter

I work for a college child care center, and parent always complain that our past due is too harsh, like they don't lke the word of past due, terminate, etc.
(what the bad things is we don't charge late fee)
If you have a form letter for past due parents, like first notice, second notice and terminated letter, can you send me a copy for reference?

    Thank you!

Obviously this gets their attention it is what it is and they only don't like it because it is the truth. I would not change anything.

      Bwwwaaaahhhhaaa!

Geesh, if they don't like it, they should pay the bill on time! Then they will never have to see it again!

I can guarantee you one thing...if you change it they will then say, "well, I didn't know that being late on my payment would result in termination! You should but that on the bill!!!"

Parents forget that the past due/late fee is to deter them from being late. Its meant to be harsh! Good luck with those parents!
