    Never assume a phone call to your telephone/internet service will be short enough to make during daycare hours.

      I always just assume a call to them won't be short enough to make during daycare hours :: They're second only to Blue Cross Blue Shield for hold times.

        I think banks are the worst if you belong to a big name bank the wait time for customer service is god awful
