    Pack n Play?

I work at a new daycare. They only take ages 2-K and then after school however they will take my 12 week old child. Is a pack n play acceptable? Also, does it have to have the top basinette part on it? We're in PA. Thank you!!!

I am not familiar with PA regulations but here is the link to the rules for centers

Information included at this site has been derived directly from the Pennsylvania Code, the Commonwealth's official publication of rules and regulations and from the Pennsylvania Bulletin, the Commonwealth's official gazette for information and rulemaking

is the center only certified for 2+ on the license?... if so, they may be breaking reg's by taking your child; how is that babe being kept separate from older kids? Something I would question if they normally don't take infants but then I do only under 24 months & refuse to even take older siblings for drop-in care
