Help in Due Diligence Process

Hi all, i am in process of purchasing an already operating daycare. Can anybody please suggest ways how to verify how many kids are currently really enrolled? The attendance records are showing high numbers of around 80 but not really sure about that because the owner has other daycare centers too. How many kids in this center alone any ways to verify that?? Any help is appreciated, thanks!!

The maximum number of enrollees that are allowed for this center might be found in the compliance listing even if you don't get exact number of actual kids currently there https://ncchildcaresearch.dhhs.state...h&lang=English...will also tell you how current owners are running the place (assuming you are in NC because of post)
