How Much Should Pay to Teacher/Assistant

I wanted to know how much we should pay to our assistants at home childcare for full time.....What is the reasonable pay for monthly in san diego area. If we do payroll what is the process for pay... is it hourly or salary...

Any suggestion or help would be appreciated.
