I started in home daycare 2 years ago. It took me about 6 months to get a full timer. Only had 1 full timer and drop-ins for a year. Then, I had a 3hr, 2x a week part timer and drop-ins for 6 months. Now I have that part timer, drop-ins and 2 full timers. I'm at my limit and happy. Took me a while to get here but it's all good now.

Today...only today...I've gotten 3 emails and turned away 6 kids!! Crazy!!

I know what you mean. I have been picky about my openings and really wanted to fill it 2/3 weeks ago and all the calls and interview I had did not fit. And yesterday I got 2 calls with 2 interviews. We will see
