Just little things that make you wonder why they do it and leave you going huh?

I have 2 dcks who love using markers. But instead of using just 1, they'll hold 4 or 5 in 1 hand and color with 1 in the other hand. And then of course, they'll take the caps off them and use them as finger puppets.

Is this the same as asserting control or having possession?

I think it is a way to assure themselves it will be available to them when they're ready to use that color. I remember doing that when I would color with my siblings, pick out my favorites and horde them so that t

My kids love those bingo dobber markers right now, and we have two of every color. Two kids were fighting over the SAME COLOR earlier. Figured it out, they just wanted one in each hand, but the same color. So we took turns, but dang!
