Yay Friday! I forgot it's superbowl weekend...we'll half-heartedly watch the game.

I do have a girl's day tomorrow, though. One of my friend's husband gave her a girl's day- so he's paying for our lunch and movie. He also paid for her to get a massage, but I can't afford to join her, so I'm meeting up with her after. And the husbands are going over to his house with the kiddos. I can't wait!

      TGIF!!

My Superbowl plans are to NOT watch the Superbowl....

When folks who actually contribute to society start making the same wages maybe I will develop an interest....

I don't watch football either. I think I am going to Garden Ridge to find a New Area rug for my front entrance, and then all parents will stay on the area rug. So my carpets will stay cleaner!

It is my last dose of football until fall. Except for watching my son play xbox. Lol. I will be GLUED to the tv. Lol. Neither team is my fav ( colts fan) but I love the time spent with the important men in my life watching it. I learned a long time ago that learning the game, encouraged my son to hang out with me. Somewhere along the line I actually started enjoying it. Lol yelling at the tv when noone was looking. Watching when noone else was. Now I can argue the game, plays and flags right alongside my sons 18-21 yr old friends. They think it's cool that a "mom" likes the game. And that I actually understand it. Lol. We will have food upon food upon food and while my son will be working he will text me if something cool happens

I haven't a clue who will come. Our door is open to all bubs friends. Could be 4 of us or 40. Lol

Hmmm...let's see, number one on the agenda is getting the phone service fixed, number two is getting the car door straightened out (it won't close...got it shut last night finally, making me think that it's the cold, and then my dimwad hubby opened that door again today ). Number three is getting over the cough that I woke up with today (blech).

Sunday we have a birthday party for a dcg who's turning 2, and I suppose we'll probably go, then we're going to a friend's house to play games and kind of watch the Superbowl.
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!

That's awesome!! I bet your son really appreciates that you enjoy the game as much as the guys (even if he doesn't say it).

Lol oh he says it,... He will be on his phone and turn to me and say can the guys come over ( for the game, to play 360, for games) and I say sure most of the time. Lol within a few moments my ' boys' will come in. And Josh Kyle duakeen arquan diamanta and Vincent will be here with food. Because their mommas and grandmommas raised them right. Bring food, no one wants to feed grown men! Lol. Funny story, we were in the mall one night at cell place. I hear a song, familiar. I commented on it and the guy said yeah that's our uverse on a sat channel for background. I said, no I think that's my boys singing. He says. Ma'am it's our music feed. I said ummm ok but I'm pretty sure it's my boys. He said it's a popular song ma'am. You can imagine his face when it got louder, not offensive but sure enough it stopped abruptly and I was surrounded by my boys hugging me telling me they would be there for the colts ravens game. Lol then the song magically picked up and faded away. The man didnt say a word but the manager said. Nice boys you got there ma'am. Lol.

Tonight Im going out with my gf with whom Im maid of honor in her wedding next month. We are going to get some drinks at cheesecake factory and I want to hash out bachelorette party plans with her so this will be a fun night. Tomorrow we are going to El Hubs co-workers sons (phew!) 1yr old bday party. Im excited because his wife makes the BEST Philippine food so itll be a tasty day. I got a email from our 2nd chance upscale consignment store saying Sunday they are having a nice little sale in honor of the super bowl. So Ill be heading out, since all the streets will be empty anyways, and try and score some deals FOR ME. Lol Im really looking forward to this weekend as I actually have plans to get out of the house. Out of the house!!
