Got a text from a mom saying she is 3 hours away and still doing paperwork for buying a car. They had said they would drop off at 6:30 but did t come till 8:00. I knew then they would not make it back in time.
So the text says her mom is going to pick up. I emmediately panicked. The mom is in very poor health and probably weighs 70 pounds. The last time she was here she fell to the ground. She could not walk without help.
I questioned the mom about her driving ability. She said....well, she drove yesterday and she was fine.
I could not let this happen. luckily the texted back with a better plan. Still......don't put me in that position!!!!! They could have brought their daughter with them or left earlier.
BTW, I would have kept the girl and charged big time for it.
