    People And Crazy FB Pages

I'm looking to hire an assistant and let me tell you, findind them on fb is glorious. Every one so far has been a big "nope!"

I sure hope I can find someone soon though I just don't understand why people drink, smoke, cuss, etc. all over fb.

I get people trying to apply for a job everyday on Daycare.com. It amazes me how most of the inquiries are so bad with grammar and etiquette.

Most start with "I was just wondering if ya'll are looking for any help?"

When I was a student applying for student jobs I was told all the time that I was hired because I took the time to proof read my resume and I dressed nicely at the interview! Its pretty easy to impress people with basic decency.

Kind of like when you get an inquiry into a daycare space and the person simply says "how much you charge". They don't even say hello first!

I ask for resumes first and then I cyber stalk them. I look at anything I can. If I see anything that would be questionable, like the one who was doing a keg stand, upside wearing a skirt and very small undergarments, NO WAY.

I don't understand millennials. if I can see it, then anyone can. a picture will say a 10000 words without saying a word at all. I think that is how it goes....

I cyber stalk too! As soon as people call for an interview, I want to know who I'm meeting.
