    How To Address This?

I am in the process of advertising/interviewing to fill the spot of a child moving on to K. When this happens I always think of different interview scenarios and have pre-formulated responses to them.

My DH primarily works from home. He has a home office and honestly we see him maybe 5 minutes during DC hours. DH has nothing to do with the DC, children, families, etc. Because of this he does not want to meet the families. What is a professional way to address this and say no if a potential client asks to meet him?

If he's not your emergency sub or anything I'd just not mention him even being there. If they ask about meeting him just reply with, "He's busy with his work and does not participate in daycare."

That's how I would handle it. I'm sure he has to be background checked, as he would have to be in my state, so he's already "cleared" to be ON the premises...moreso than any of the parents and your kids are likely seeing him even less than they see the kids parents dropping off and picking up.
