I'm. MissAnn. Suddenly I can't log in. Sometimes it says that my username is wrong and other times it says my password is wrong. I am at a loss… Or should I just start a new profile and start over?

Thank you. I have already tried resetting the password several times. It keeps saying the address is invalid (or something like that). I tried an old email and that didn't work either. Even the random question was strange. When I answered several times...half the time it would go through like it was correct and the other half would say it was incorrect… All using the same answer, same spelling.
