I just switched from MinuteMenu to kidkare on Wed. I'm trying to set up my parent payments. I created an invoice, but can't figure out how to mark it paid.
Click on the invoice date or number and it'll open the invoice. At the top there are 4 boxes: a pencil (edit), printer, envelope (email), red $, and More. Click on the $ and you can record a payment. Under More you can choose Close Invoice too but I don't think that will record the payment. I've never tried it...
