I have the greatest kid, with a wonderful dad....but mom drives me bonkers. It's always SOMETHING. First, she insisted that he had to bring a backpack every day. I let that one slide because it fits in his cubby, and it just had a pull-up and his blanket in it.
Then, she talked me into a fee reduction because her husband had an accident and was in ICU...he had a crushed lung from an ATV accident. I felt bad, then they bought two new cars.....
Now she's trying to drop off early when my gates are still closed. I don't let her in...but she sits out there getting grumpy and huffy. Part of the original fee reduction included reduced hours....don't be trying to sneak extra time in on me.
Now she's got the nerve to be grumpy because I won't give them the same vacation discount I give everyone else....I pointed out that she gets a discount all year long.
