Impetigo?

Ok, I did one of those baking soda face cleanses (baking soda, water and lemon juice). It burned a little when I put it on but I ignored it. The next day ive got a raised rash that feels like two dots with lots of red in-between. It hasn't spread. so whats the likely-hood its just contact dermatitis? We did have a child with impetigo two weeks ago who was on antibiotics, then came back, but still has some open sores. Help me out here!

I'm pretty sure that any illness/injury that has open sores that the child cannot return until all lesions are closed and not oozing
