I'm having the worst time wrapping my brain around this form. It seems so easy, I know I just need to write things down. Does anyone have some samples that they could share?
Large group activity
Small group activity
changes to interest area
special activities
outdoor/large muscle activities

Are you suppose to list activities that meet those categories?

Like a large group play activity could be playing with the parachute.....

Small group could be a baking activity where only 2-3 kids participate at one time

Rotating items in your environment is a great way to add changes to your interest area. Seasonal photos, bulletin boards etc...

I don't know if that is what you mean or not...

Yes, like that. We have a new (required) weekly chart with the above categories for every day of the week.
Also, after stressing about this for weeks, I just realised I could google 'large group activity', 'small group activity' and probably get more hits than with the name of the form.
I might be overworked and tired. ::
