What gets me is people in my area happily and willingly pay more for a dog sitter than they do for childcare.

Absolutely!!! doggy daycare here is roughly $40 a day...some being up to $60 a day. No one says a thing about that.

Until recently I thought "Doggy Daycare" was a joke. I really didn't know people paid money to keep dogs for the day. I'm in the wrong business::::::::

But yeah- it amazes me how little $ some people think good childcare is worth.
