I have my parents list who is allowed to pick up their child/ren and I keep it in their fill. Do you have the parents tell you ahead of time if someone other than a parent is picking up? My new dck seems to go home with her grandparents a few times a week. The mom told me the first few times before hand but now she doesn't.

I ask for advanced notice and ID if it's not mom/dad. If it is a regular thing, like every Monday, I ask to verify the the schedule and that serves as notice for me. -
As long as you've met the grandparents and they've been to pick her up a few times, I wouldn't have a problem with it. Unless they're coming at an unexpected time, then I'd probably ask the grandparents to call about an hour before they want to come, just so you and the child are ready.Comment
