    What about children who don't nap? Do you allow them? Do you provide alternative quiet activities at nap time?

      Maybe a good 'balance' to having a FAQ section without parents skipping all the details is to link out that section in the answer... For example:

      Do you transport children?
      Only in rare circumstances. Please see my Transportation Policy for more info.

          Yes! I think that is a great idea!

          It leads parents to the areas/sections of your handbook and/or your policies you WANT them to read about!

            That's exactly what I had decided to do! happyface
            I was putting thing together and just kept thinking "But it already has this answer on my suchandsuch page!" so I just stared linking it :P

            Unfortunately, after doing about 10 questions, my computer restarted and I lost it all
