Child sustained an injury in care

Do you notify parents of all injuries as soon as they happen? Or tell them at pick-up? I have an Accident/Injury Report I fill out too. Curious.

If it's something minor like a bump on the head or cut I would just tell the parent at pick up. If it requires medication or the child is not acting normal after or can't be calmed down I would definently call or text to notify the parent.
