Then you don't use the calendar keeper too? Or do you? I only have enough money to buy 2 of Tom Copeland's books and I am getting the Record keeper guide and Im torn between the calendar keeper and the money management one.. Any suggestions?

IMPO, if you are using MMK, the calendar keeper is just duplicating, but that may be just me (?) I would personally buy the other book instead...

right...it is just duplicating. I have a friend who uses both but that's to double check her figures. I did it that way for a while....but it was so much more work. If you are a computer person....use MMK. If not...then Calendar Keeper.
