Food Program

Hello! I was wondering if anyone does the food program could help, on the grain part it say whole grain,enriched, or made from whole grain or enriched meal or flour. Does it have to say whole grain? Like i have gotten some mini pancakes from Walmart and they say enriched flour. also the same for the buns.... can you use white buns as long as it says enriched? I haven't found to many places where you can look stuff up easily!

The first ingredient needs to be a whole grain or enriched flour. BUT new regs and meal patterns are coming out in October so it may change. I've looked at the new regs but haven't seriously committed them to memory yet.
