Infant Room Question.

I was under the impression that is NOT allowed to put babies in the cribs at all if they are awake.

I was told today by one teacher that it is for 30 mins according to state if the baby is content.

does anyone know the true state rule of daycares regarding this situation?!?

btw this is in texas. :confused:
