Hello! I am looking into starting in home childcare. I keep hearing about the food program but the website doesn't make sense to me. So it's based on your income? Can anyone give me some info about it?

Im also in Ohio and from my understanding you can only be on the food program of you choose to be certified or licensed. Many Ohio providers choose to be lcense-exempt and stay with just 6 or fewer children. Not sure if that helps you.... -
