Stupid stupid stupid
They have had THE best person for the past 5 years as our local resource development specialist. Evidently the state, in all its glorious stupidity, has decided to eliminate all 11 positions throughout our state and basically 'do it their own way'. I am so sad and upset by this change because this woman has given her heart, soul, family time and love into this job to help us better ourselves and to support us.
She has a new position in the agency but in a whole different capacity. Hope for her sake, it'll mean less hours and she can have more of her life back. But what a stupid decision on the part of our state.
