I was just poking around KK and noticed that there's a random person assigned to ALL of my kids as guardian - and Primary Guardian for my grandson. 
Her name is Erin Markwart - erin@theblossomtree.org. I've NEVER heard of her before, and since her contact info isn't related to KK I don't think it's one of their people.
I called her and left a message and will contact KK next. If you switched to KK you might want to check your kids' contacts too!
