Yep, every time. Mainly because my state has a full diapering procedure that I have to follow.

Lol, I had to laugh at the wording from this policy written in December 1984.
It sound like they are giving you a choice to "Diaper OR dress the child" but you are required to "put child in his crib" when done. Or how you must carry the child to the table "away from your body with hands only" but as soon as he is Diaper or dressed, you may now hold the child close to you. (But what happens if I don't want to hold the child close to me or if I hand him off to someone instead of putting him in his crib)- Flag

We have to use several wipes here. Some for the actual diaper change and then for hands after the change but before hand washing.
