    How to Say No Nicely?

How to say no nicely? Dcm wants to drop off baby at 11:30 and that very inconvient as it's lunch time and not to mention the baby will off routine. She didn't even ask me if she could bring baby at that time. She told me she was bringing her late. How do I nicely say no???

You are a business. If 11:30 drop off doesn't work for your daily routine just say "I'm sorry but that won't work for me. You can drop off at X or X time."

There is no need for nice or not nice.
    Just the facts.
    11:30 drop offs won't work.

It's not about being nice, it's about having set rules and enforce them.

Sorry dcm that won't work for me. Dcbaby will be out of routine. You can drop off at X or X. Let me know which works better for you. Thanks!
