    Wording

I am planning on sending another Holiday reminder home with the DCK's for the months of December/January. A few months ago I added December 19th to my list of Holidays too.

So in the notice I wanted to remind them of the dates & of the days that I am closed in observance (since xmas eve & new years day fall on weekends). I also want to remind them that even though I am closed on the 19th (Monday) Tuesday payments will still be considered late & also that since my xmas vacation starts on 12/23 payments for the following week must be made by 12/22.

This just seems like A LOT! I need a nice way of delivering this :: Any ideas are so much appreciated!!!

    Hello DCF,
It is that time of year when Christmas holidays are fast approaching and I wanted to send a reminder of my closures as well as update you on a few changes.

Due to the fact that Christmas Eve and Christmas Day falls on a weekend this year the daycare will be closed on XYZ in lieu of those days. Payments for those days are due in full on XYZ so as not to accrue any late charges. As per my contract late charges are XYZ.

I also wanted to take the time to remind you that I am closed December 19th and that payment will be due XYZ so as not to accrue any late charges.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns,
    Heart12

(You can fill in the dates!)

My contract and handbook states payment is due the last day your child attends for the week instead of a specific day of the week. Then I just remind them that I am closed on xx day and payment is due the day before, per contract.
